- 1 whole banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- a small handful of almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup of almond milk (can be substituted with soy milk, coconut milk, etc.)
- 3-4 ice cubes
